The entire venue combines modern amenities with historic charm, making it an excellent choice for companies looking to host a grand event with multiple components.

  • Company Retreats: Organize a retreat that flows seamlessly from workshops to leisure activities. Start the day with breakout sessions in the Main Dining Room and move outside to the Courtyard for team-building activities and relaxation in a lush, private setting.
  • Annual Holiday Parties: Celebrate the holidays in style with cocktails and dinner in the Main Dining Room, and entertainment or live music in the Colorado Room. The Full Venue option ensures there’s plenty of space for dining, socializing, and dancing.
  • Multi-Day Conferences: For companies hosting large conferences or training events, the Full Venue offers multiple rooms for presentations, breakout sessions, and networking activities. The space is versatile enough to provide both formal seating arrangements and informal gathering areas.

  • 300-350 guests for a cocktail-style event

  • Outdoor Lawn Games: Add some fun to your corporate gathering with lawn games like Giant Connect Four or Corn Hole—perfect for casual team-building events or outdoor cocktail hours.
  • Preferred Vendors: From event rentals to professional photography, we partner with trusted vendors who can help you elevate your corporate event. Whether you need decorations, AV services, or entertainment, we can recommend vendors to meet your specific needs.

Food & Beverage Minimums for Corporate Events

Each of our event spaces features a Food & Beverage Minimum, which represents the minimum amount you commit to spending on food and beverages for your event. Purchases made for catering or bar services are applied toward meeting this minimum. The specific minimum depends on the space you choose and the day of the week. This minimum is calculated before taxes and service charges and includes four hours of event time in your reserved space. For events with a cash bar, individual guest purchases contribute toward fulfilling the food and beverage minimum. Additionally, we do not charge separate base room rental fees, ensuring your budget goes directly toward enhancing your event experience.
