Full Venue Rental — Take the House for Grand Celebrations

For larger social events like milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, or even a reunion with extended family, the Full Venue Rental is your best option. By reserving the entire space, you’ll gain exclusive access to The Main Dining Room, The Front Patio, The Courtyard Patio, and The Colorado Room. Built in 1890, the combination of exposed brick, high ceilings, and classic design offers both elegance and flexibility for a variety of event types.

Perfect for:

• Milestone Birthdays: Whether you’re celebrating a 50th birthday or a sweet sixteen, the Full Venue option allows you to create different zones for your guests to mingle, dine, and dance. Imagine starting the evening with drinks on the Courtyard Patio, followed by a formal dinner in the Main Dining Room, and ending the night with dancing in the Colorado Room.
• Anniversary Parties: Recreate a wedding-day atmosphere for anniversary celebrations by utilizing the Courtyard Patio for a vow renewal or an intimate toast, then enjoy dinner and entertainment throughout the other spaces.
• Family Reunions: The Full Venue provides plenty of room for large family gatherings. Host a cocktail hour on the Courtyard Patio, serve dinner in the Main Dining Room, and keep the energy going with games or live entertainment in the Colorado Room.

• 300-350 guests for a cocktail-style event

• Company Luncheons: Looking for a space for a corporate gathering or team-building event? The Courtyard Patio offers a casual setting where coworkers can mingle, enjoy a catered lunch, and perhaps engage in some light-hearted lawn games like Giant Jenga or Corn Hole.
• Baby Showers: The natural beauty of the Courtyard Patio makes it a lovely choice for outdoor baby showers. Guests can gather around tables draped in linens, enjoying refreshments while celebrating the upcoming arrival in a serene, shaded space.

• Outdoor Lawn Games: Make your gathering more engaging with lawn games like Corn Hole or Giant Connect Four—perfect for outdoor events, or even indoors in the larger spaces like the Courtyard Patio or Greater Courtyard.
• Preferred Vendors: We’ve partnered with trusted local vendors, including photographers, bakers, and entertainment specialists, to ensure that every detail of your event is taken care of.
• Flexible Setup Options: From cocktail-style receptions to seated dinners, each of our spaces can be customized with various layouts and decorations, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere for your event.

Each of our event spaces features a Food & Beverage Minimum, which represents the minimum amount you commit to spending on food and beverages for your event. Purchases made for catering or bar services are applied toward meeting this minimum. The specific minimum depends on the space you choose and the day of the week. This minimum is calculated before taxes and service charges and includes four hours of event time in your reserved space. For events with a cash bar, individual guest purchases contribute toward fulfilling the food and beverage minimum. Additionally, we do not charge separate base room rental fees, ensuring your budget goes directly toward enhancing your event experience.
