When you reserve the Full Venue at The Lobby, you’re securing exclusive use of all our event spaces, including The Main Dining Room, The Front Patio, The Courtyard, and The Colorado Room. Built in 1890, The Lobby blends Denver’s old-world charm with modern amenities. Exposed brick walls, a grand staircase, and a backlit stained glass ceiling bring an air of sophistication, while the European-style Courtyard Patio adds a touch of outdoor beauty.

Perfect for:

• Large weddings, complete with ceremony and reception, featuring multiple spaces to flow seamlessly from one event to the next. From a lively cocktail hour on the Courtyard Patio to a romantic seated dinner in the Main Dining Room, the full venue ensures your wedding has both grandeur and intimacy.
• For a particularly unique touch, we also offer an additional Greater Courtyard rental—perfect for hosting your wedding ceremony, lawn games, or even just an open space for guests to relax and mingle under the stars.

• 300-350 guests for a cocktail-style event (Weather Dependent)
• 175 guests for seated reception

For those who want a balance between indoor elegance and outdoor charm without the need for the full venue, The Main Level is a wonderful option. With access to The Main Dining Room, Courtyard, and Front Patio, this space offers a versatile setting with plenty of opportunities for personalization.

• Mid-sized weddings that need flexibility in layout and flow. Host a cocktail hour on the patio, followed by a sit-down dinner in the dining room. Whether you’re planning a relaxed affair or something more formal, the Main Level offers a customizable space to meet your needs.
• The Main Dining Room also features two large screen TVs, fully stocked bar access, and is completely handicap accessible, ensuring that all your guests feel comfortable and catered to.

• 175 guests for a cocktail-style reception
• 100-150 guests for seated dinners

The Colorado Room — Intimate Celebrations with a Personal Touch

• Smaller weddings, engagement parties, or rehearsal dinners. The Colorado Room’s cozy atmosphere, combined with modern amenities like a dedicated bar and stage, makes it perfect for intimate ceremonies followed by dinner and dancing.
• With its private nature and sophisticated design, the Colorado Room allows you to create an intimate celebration that still feels connected to the heart of Denver.

The Courtyard Patio offers the perfect escape from the bustle of the city, with enough space to comfortably host smaller events in a serene, open-air setting. Add an extra touch of fun with lawn games like Corn Hole or Giant Jenga available for rental during your event.
• With its natural beauty and secluded ambiance, the Courtyard Patio is a favorite for those seeking a casual, outdoor wedding experience.
